Des Moines Gay-friendly gyms? (with saunas, steam rooms?)

Hi there!
I'll be visiting Des Moines (Iowa) in about a month for a week.
Anyone can recommend a good gym with some gay presence or activity?
If the gym has open showers and/or sauna/steam room in the men's locker room for some potential action/eye candy, that is a bonus
