I can understand wanting to have certain bits trimmed back (for example, I heard of this woman who had very long inner lips which hung down and got caught on her underwear when she went cycling - ouch!) but to get one for aesthetic reasons seems ridiculous to me. Most men don't notice differences in our vaginas (that is my experience, anyway!). I have to admit, my ex always used to say that mine was 'neat', presumably because everything was out of sight and proportionate but even if it wasn't, there is NO WAY I would let anyone chop anything off much less tighten it all if there was nothing wrong with it in the first place.
