Haha, i love the post on this thread. I agree with fade that whoever has been waiting for this has the right to be overly excited and play obsessively for a few weeks. Its been a long time in waiting and has taken much longer than blizzard said it would. On that note i'm conflicted. My friends want to buy it for me, but i have a strong hate for blizzard.

you know it is :) I've not been on WoW in a month or so...too busy with Star Wars:ToR and DCOU ... Now with Diablo out..sigh... I'm just glad I work for myself. Just sayin'...lol

Luckily for Blizzard...they own Both of the BIG games. :)

I haven't been on live WoW in a couple weeks (been playing beta) but I bet it's a ghost town. Lol.

Oh god this game this game... 3 days LOST HA... Im having so much fun... I have to admit I had become rather disenchanted with games of late, they all seem to emulate the Skyrim-ish philosophy of 'GIANT open world, you do the work to know what you doing' ethos, which drives me made...

Thank GOD for the D3 Alternative..! :D

(NOTE: That was not an attack on Skyrim, or Skyrim styled games, their just NOT my cup of tea...)

I hear the art-book contains major spoilers, in case you don't know.

Yes, the DVD and book both contain spoilers, to the effect that the devs actually suggested playing through first!!

Which is precisely why mine are still "wraaaaaaaaaaaaaa-ped in plastic"

Put in about 4 hours so far. wet day, GF at work. might put in a few hours more this afternoon.

In spite of horrid internet/Blizzard's servers frequently shitting themselves.. I've gotten to Act 2 with a level 17 Demon Hunter.

... that cut scene, with the one dude, doing the one thing? Purely awesome. Yes, I'm being vague in case other people have been playing slowly like me, and haven't gotten to Act 2. Anyway. Pure awesome. Soundtrack is fantastic too, and now I can look at the art for Act 1 ha

Reg wow and beta ( lost isles) the Pve server usually cramed with people are both ghost towns.
D3..... Pick your error. Toss a coin, servers up or down. Today it's been better, but really I'm not but a few hours from blizzard offices.
Could given them a piece of my mind .

The only place blizzard appears to really listen is blizcon. We pay, they smile.
Some people come from across the country, inc paying for transportation and hotel.

I go for the ingame pet. $100 pet. Or is is $200 by now. Offer a mount too?
I'll move it, and pay rent.

I was getting SUPER annoyed at how squishy my Demon Hunter is so I tossed the quiver and started using a shield instead, and purchased a new crossbow with dexterity and vitality. Tossed a couple intelligence gems in my gear for damage resist and now I am unstoppable. Oh, and my damage is higher than ever. Huzzah! Almost done with Act IV. :)
