    Hey,

Because of the kind of area I live in 'm still on dialup.

It sucks....XTube, Monstercocktube, any kind of videos run so slow or not at all

Can anyone recommend any programmes which can accelerate dialup or am I stuck with it?

    Thanks guys.

    Josh

I'm not sure I know how they work Roscoz. Do they work no matter where the location is?

Yeah its broadband over a mobile network. just make sure you have coverage of that network and ask a few questions before you buy like typical speeds etc.

Usually wireless network speeds over HSDPA, like I think most of the UK is, is usually around 1-2mbps, but the only thing with that is the latency. You'll get 100-200ms ping times, but your downloads will be considerably faster than dial-up. It's like having a cheaper DSL connection. The only thing to watch out for is the download cap. Most wireless providers cap your downloads at about 5-8 gigabytes per month, and some will even cancel your service if you meet or exceed those limits.
