So if you are deep into to PE like I am, you will have heard the discussion of if standard jelqs are safe and if they should still be practiced.

I took the liberty to modify the Jelq into a safer alternative for those worried about possible injury.

Another added benefit is that it aids in expansion because it limbers up the tunica. this will allow for more temp gains after a pump session
