I think you are putting the cart before the horse, Basin. You seem to think that a toy/device will give a simple solution to a problem that is more in your head than in reality.
What you should be doing IMHO is to be learning how to use your fingers, thumbs, lips, tongue and cock. When you know these things and you know how and when and what to do, I very much doubt that an extension will be required, other than as a novelty perhaps.
