Hey guys, I feel really rude asking but I am starting to really struggle with a question. Any help would be amazing at this stage as planning my answer is proving a nightmare. I'm trying to get started on a question about the suitability of adjudication within the construction industry but I am struggling to find cases that have really shown how adjudication can fail due to the complexity and importance of certain cases. The question is: "Some construction disputes are far too complex and important for the type of quick fix for which statutory adjudication was designed. Discuss." Can anybody offer any advice/insight? Thanks.
