i would say there is a tremendous difference in the depth of field, between the top of the photo, and the bottom of the photo. the top of the photo (the bottom) has a very big depth of focus field. . .in that his dick and his entire body is in focus. if this were taken from the same photograph, the bottom of the photo (the top) would also be in good focus. to me. . the top half of the photo and the bottom half of the photo have very different focus depth of field, and are therefor not possibly from the same photo.
