This pic shows a guy walking the streets in a manner that seems shady and definitely dangerous and "perpish" so yeah, absolutely, context matters! If he was for example a runner wearing black tights with the same huge bulge people might only accuse him of possibly bad fashion sense Lol BUT not that he's a new version flasher, minus the trench coat.
And women- nipples are set on the breast, and used in child rearing- not in procreation. Seeing a woman's hard nipples on a cold day (like drew barrymore in that 50 first dates movie) is natural... and makes me smile if it is unintentional like caught in the rain or not exploitive- but it doesn't have any creep factor that this dude in nude tights does!
Yea it might be a double standard as someone said but it is what it is. It would be comparable to a woman dressing to accentuate a camel toe to show that she's fertile. Makes no sense whatsoever.
Even guys who wear tight biking shorts that get rather bulgy after a long ride and who step into the convenience store are PURPOSED for their sport, and have "earned" the right for the nonchalance. It's about timing and expectations. During the summer, if you stop for gas along a route where guys ride on bike trails, yeh- you might run into JOE JOCK BIKER wearing spandex. But even if you get a "vibe" from him, it can be excused in looking at the equipment he's riding- his helmet, his biking shoes, etc. He's LEGIT.
If I was a police officer and saw this guy on the street I would talk to him in a way that encourages him to think about the fact that he's setting himself up for someone to press charges against HIM for his obvious self-display, and tell him that altho he's covered and that he's not breaking any laws that he's inviting scrutiny for any ANY further infraction where the consequences would self- multiply due to the way that he's dressed.
