1') 'significant amount' and 'a number of' are not equivalents or even fair approximations of one another.
2.) I didn't 'look' at the article--I read it. It's a common practice for the opinionated to use 'major media sources' for their own purposes, so just using 'major media sources' doesn't invest the article or its author with credibility. The fact is that you based your opinion on an opinion piece by a right-wing hack in a right-wing online rag.

No, that line was mostly heard from the group that had previously been camp NeverTrump and had sold out. People who had been genuinely pro-Trump all along have been fine with his policies.

I can only hope he succeeds with may of his objectives.

The fact that he exists and is working toward his goals is a huge success. It is forcing his detractors to defend their positions with more than just attitude and innuendo. .

Guess my view is about 180 degrees from yours.

I believe the only creditable way Trumps detractors can honestly engage him is to present ideas/strategies of their own and be able to defend them.

Anyone can stand on the sideline and criticize with no plan of their own... now or ever.

Trumps detractors should either put up or shut up. If they think they have good ideas, then they should be presented and debated in public so they can be tested for their value as pragmatic solutions.

Slanted news, character assignation, and personality issues have no place in the arena of ideas needed to improve government.
