    Hey people,

    whats good to maintain a healthy penis? e.g. what food? what kinda sports? vitamins maybe?

    Just the usual blood pressure things are bad for it: Salt, cholesterol, trans fat, etc.

    As a Penis Enlarger I have noticed a few things that I have consumed that effect penis size and erection hardness.

    - Coffee and other caffeine drinks (vasoconstrictors): will shrivel your dick into an acorn when flaccid, give a smaller erection and can give a floppy erection several hours after consumption.

    - Infusions containing ginseng, ginger, gingko biloba but not black tea, will give a lower hanging flaccid penis and harder erections.

    - Fatty foods apart from making you feel lethargic give softer erections.

    - Spicy foods, are vasodilators and give harder erections.

    - Alcohol, 1-2 glasses will give harder erections, any more will desensitise and give floppier short lasting erections.

    - Lots of water will help you shoot bigger loads of cum.

    - Over eating will make it more difficult to get a hard erection.

    - Eating: Pineapple, bananas, kiwi fruit and drinking beer will improve the taste of your cum,

    - Eating: Asparagus, dairy products, spicy food and salty food will make the taste of your cum awful. (the effects of food are noticed after 4 hours)

    I don't enlarge my penis, but I'd also add to watch your caloric intake, especially fat and carbs. Fruit in general improves the taste of your cum.

    Lots of exercise. Gets the adrenaline, serotonin, and testosterone pumping.

    Also, masturbate regularly. But not in the way you might be used to. Instead, edge. That is, jack off, stop just before the "point of no return", start up again. But I still recommend you cum within a couple hours. Porn's optional, but I prefer to just concentrate on bodily sensations and come up with my own fantasies.

    7x5.5: I'll vouch for the caffeine thing - I have cut it completely out for the last 2 weeks as I felt addicted to it. I went as far as not eating things with any trace of the stuff, even chocolate. I have found my flaccid size seems fuller or is atleast more 'stable' to shrinkage. - A nice side effect. Also, it has nearly completely cleared my face of any acne - Another great side effect. Plus I just feel great B)
