Hey, everyone!

I'm in good shape. I'm lean, you can see the muscles I have but not any kind of growth..kinda look like a swimmer. A swimmer that would probably always finish last haha. my diet sucks and I don't know where to begin. I've been looking online for meal plans but there are so many and it gets overwhelming. To those who take this lifestyle seriously what does your diet look like?

Nice pic man. Whatever your diet is, it seems to be working. Doesn't look like you've got any fat. You certainly are lean. Most of us who try to eat healthy envy your lean physique.

Are you trying to gain weight or simply wanting to eat more healthy?

increase your calories and eat clean... it's a balance of figuring out how many calories you need to maintain what you have currently and going above that to gain.

Increase your protein. Each day, eat 1.5 grams of protein for each pound you weigh. And make it animal protein.
I have always heard (and followed) that if you're trying to gain muscle, you should eat 1 gram of protein for every pound you WANT to weigh. This has worked for me.

My other thought is that it does not need to be animal protein. I have been a strict vegetarian at times in my life, and if you want to be vegetarian or even vegan, there are many options to get enough protein.
