Not sure what makes a grower but I'm definitely not a shower...
My flaccid length varies between 2.5 to 3.5 inches and is at it's shortest immediately after playing sport the same with my flaccid girth which varies between 3.2 and 4.0 inches.
My erect length varies between 5.4 and 5.8 inches depending on how aroused I get but the erect girth stays constant at 4.8 inches.

Im def. a grower 1000x over. 2" - 3.5" soft depending on conditions (2" usually only after swimming laps) and 6.5" erect. Locker rooms suck for me but its not a big deal, no one cares. In a recent study I read for my Human Sexuality class in grad school. Basically it said there is virtually zero correlation between flaccid and erect sizes. Yes, some will fall into the preconceived notions but there isn't enough to create a statistical variance. OTW what you propose is partially correct for a small group of guys, but the majority do not fit into the ranges.
