Different pe exercises

    Hi guys!

    Im verry interested in PE and read a lot of information about it.

    What i notice is that (most of the) guys only do one type of PE exercise at the time. Some are jelqing, the other use a pump/bathmate, others a stretcher/extender, hanging, clamping/edging, etcetera...

    I know that one exercise is better for length, the other for girth, so men choose where they want to grow.

    Does someone has experiences with a frequent mix of exercises? Would it work to have a mix?
    Like monday jelqing, tuesday bathmate, wednesday hanging/stretching, thursday clamping, friday restday, saturday jelqing, sunday bathmate ... etc...
    First day length, next day girth, etc...

    In fitness we also do different kind of exercises for a muscle group. Why not for our goodfella?

    What do you think guys?
    Any experiences?
    Or maybe i can start the research ;)

    In would like to be 1” longer and have 0,75” more girth...

    I'll usually start with some jelqing to get the blood flowing to my member and some tugs to loosen up my sack so it doesn't get sucked into my bathmate.
    Then depending on time I'll do 5 min of air pumping (so my shoe can warm up) and then 8 min with water while showering and 8 min using the wine stopper mod for more pressures while drying off or shaving.
    After I'll give a few more jelqs for blood flow.
    I've had better results via bathmate vs jelqing personally.

    What is your routine? Every day?
    What are youre gains and how long are you doing this routine?

    I've been using my bathmate almost everyday for about 10-15 min w 5 min cycles. So 3x5 with bathmate pulls in between.
    So far I've gained an inch and a half in length in pump and max out the girth. I've been using it for nearly 2 years now.
    I'm a grower not a shower so I've found that wearing a cock ring helps keep the blood in and makes it hang heavier.

    Gains outside the pump have been around a 1/4 in length and girth. It's been difficult to get a set routine but now I have something in place.
    The only other pe exercise I do are kegals.
