Hey community,

As of recently I’ve been having difficulty achieving a rock hard full erection. I know this is particularly due to uncontrollable stresses in my life.

As embarrassing as this is, I am pretty concerned as I’m only 27 years old. I’m in shape and exercise, eat fairly well. I am wanting to just listen to advice from the community, and also see if there’s any all natural ways/techniques that will help assist me?

I’ve heard of Horny Goat Weed but I really don’t think I should be getting into supplements if I can do something else to help with a stronger erection.

I would recommend grape seed extract and resveratrol. They are excellent for blood circulation.

If your diets good and you exercise, it could be hormonal. U said ur stressed so it could be increased cortisol. U could always get a hormone panel to see where your test/estrogen is..but that can be expensive and unnecessary.
Something like arimistane can be an effective otc aromatase inhibitor at 50mgs/day. It’ll decrease estrogen a little, boost test a little and decrease cortisol.
It’s not something you’d have to stay on.
But if you don’t want to take a supplement, simple PE stretching exercises can help erection quality

At age 27, rather than do gimmicks, pills, supplements, consult a doctor and see what you can find out.

Hope it’s not that serious :( I still get erections but they just aren’t rock hard anymore. I don’t wake up with the hard ons I used to

Sorry, didnt mean to raise alarm on seriousness. My thought is, go to doctor to get professional opinion and guidance vs jumping suppliments. I often hold on my hard dick intermittently through the night. Love it. I hear ya, I'm not as ridged hard as I once used to be.

There very best thing you can do without any need for supplements is to elevate as much stress from your life as you can.

Stress wrecks havoc on the dick. Also get plenty of rest. Even if you are not sleeping you can still give your body rest while lying down. This will help not only your body but your mind as well. That means you'll need to leave your phone and laptop alone while you're resting.

Eat well, exercise regularly. I find that lifting weights at the gym reduced my stress level and the more intense my workout the more horned up I am by the time I hit the showers. But I do a total body workout every morning.
At 27, you should still be getting at least 8 hrs of sleep a night. Good luck.

Here are your options:
1. better diet, more exercise. If you are excising and eating decently, maybe there are not many more benefits here, but maybe a few. Getting more sleep is in this category too.
2. stress reduction. You say that the stresses are uncontrollable. You probably could do something about the stresses, but if you are unwilling to, then there's few opportunities here.
3. coping with stress. Maybe you should see a therapist or other professional to help you process and cope with the stresses you have. You might not be able to control the stress itself, but you can control how you react.
4. pharmaceuticals. Like cialis and stuff like that. If you don't want to take supplements, you probably don't want to take these.
5. supplements. There are a lot of supplements out there to help with erections and do other things. Try them out. Experimenting to see if you can get a bigger cum load might improve your erection quality and provide some novel entertainment, a 2-for-1 deal!

I think you should do option 3, but maybe do 5 too because it is easier to pop a pill or 2 than fix or cope with stress!

Once you have ruled that out, it's true what they say, "Use it or lose it."

I try to edge (for at least 30 minutes, preferably longer) and get off daily. At least for me, getting hard for long periods and getting off everyday provides frequent bloodflow to keep it strong and healthy. It's like a solid steel pipe for as long as I edge, which can be more than an hour. My loads and orgasms are bigger and more intense, too. I also wake up with raging hardons, which can be annoying but I know I'm doing well as long as I do.

When I've got a lot going on and I don't do that as often, I stop getting rock hard erections, and my orgasm quality diminishes as well. That stresses me out and I've learned that every other day isn't enough. As long as I edge often and get off most days, that's not an issue.
