    Are you on any meds? Some blood pressure and anxiety meds will cause that. The best advice is see your Dr.

    Your problems sound like they're psychological in origin, but I think a physical remedy (Viagra or Cialis) might still help you, even though you're relatively young. Even if there is not anything physically wrong with you, just having that little boost might make it easier for you to get hard. It won't guarantee an erection, but it will increase the likelihood of one.

    If anyone else thinks this is a bad idea, I'm sorry -- I'm just suggesting it because both my ex and my current husband have been physically capable, but have still had a little help from time to time from Viagra or Cialis.

    Either you don't fancy your partner enough, or it's performance anxiety. Try taking the pressure off and eroticise the situation by using your fingers or a dildo for the initial penetration, without necessarily promising anything more. Then slip in there when they've losened up and you're turned on.

    At 32 performance anxiety is the most likely culprit, but, it is a good time to get a few checks run. Some samples of Viagra or my preference Cialis will also help and give just enough of a boost to get you past this stage. A wise move however is to get your testosterone levels documented. You need to have the following hormone levels documented in your medical record. Serum Testosterone, Free Floating Testosterone, DHT, Estrogen and Prolactin. If these levels begin to change you may qualify for male HRT later if it becomes necessary. Document early to qualify for replacement as the levels fall. Then you can prove it and the MD can prescribe it before the levels crash so low that other problems begin to take place.
