I have one, and its fun to play with. Adds a little something differnet to the mix. Not hard to clean at all.

I have had one for several years. In order for them to make the foreskin moveable, it has to be a bit less realistic. So I guess the choice is either a more realistic one with a foreskin that isn't moveable, or one that is less realistic with a foreskin that is moveable. The choice is yours.
