That depends on what you mean by "discoloration." It could be a number of things, but most likely it's just your natural skin pigmentation.

The above is the most likely and correct answer. If you are circumcised. Are u? Then you could have a lighter skin area just behind your cockhead which is your foreskin area. Then you will have either a faint or more bold ringmeat line, which is the scar line where you got circumcised when your hood was removed. Its the regular look after being circumcised. If u are in doubt visit your doctor and ask to get referred to a skin specialist
