The above is the most likely and correct answer. If you are circumcised. Are u? Then you could have a lighter skin area just behind your cockhead which is your foreskin area. Then you will have either a faint or more bold ringmeat line, which is the scar line where you got circumcised when your hood was removed. Its the regular look after being circumcised.
