Is it possible to have anonymous sex/sexual acts without having to expose yourself, even if just for one person? I know there's a silent pact of trust among people looking for anonymous, easy fun, whether gay or straight. But what if that is not enough to really feel safe? You never know where that random hook up might show up again. Can someone disguise their appearance or something?

I usually stop by the IMF (Impossible Missions Force) Surplus Store for one of those cool masks that look real but are easy to take off after one is done with the anonymous sex deed. Jon Voight lists them on ebay every so often for cut-rate prices, but you have to agree to a night out drinking with him in order to close the deal for the mask. Be warned.

On a more serious note, the only real option I can think of would be gloryholes or other related things like under a stall. They don't typically involve more than just oral or a hand job but if you aren't taller than the stall wall then it can be pretty anonymous.
There are also people who have then set up in their house, like inside a side door or something. They have it set up where you walk in, close the door behind you and there's a hole in front of you with a guy behind it waiting. How successful these are I don't know. You'd be amazed at the stuff people put up on Craigslist though.
