You are getting lax. You need a PE Partner to keep you motivated.

Where NB or Tripod when you need them...
I'm not really sure that sitting there, staring and drooling, would really count as me being an effective "partner" in the process. :tongue: Although, DJG has been trying to convince me to cut back on my daily hours of edging, and add some PE in its place. :rolleyes:

Its not that I'm getting lax, it is that I work a lot of hours, and when I get off work, I eat, hit the gym, then do pe.....

Last night..

Good manual strtching followed by 80 nice slow jelqs...
.... However hard to stay "fluffed" w-o any visual stimulation. The internet is down out my house bc of the storm.. D'oh. So I am updating my blog from my blackberry..

Will be on it tonight...

But did you know that my pe leads to vagina enlargment aswell?

No pe again last night, no gym either....
I was just pooped after work, and decided to just kick back and have some beers...

novice, I'm beginning to believe DJG is not serious about having PE partners
He's actually been kind enough to offer to help me get started, but I chickened out, momentarily. :redface:

If it's ever offered again, I'll have to buck up and take him up on the generous offer. :biggrin1:

Since this is a journal (unless you're lying about the name of the thread) how long have you been doing this, and what are your gains? I just think that weekly updates would be cool, to see how it's working.

This is a journal...
Weekly updates arn't the best imho..
MOnthly for size are better.

I havent pe'd in a week because I have been sick, and I listen to my body, just like going to the gym...
I feel it would help avoid injury.

You should keep a daily journal but measurements should be done only every other week or so.
