ok.. I started my diet, as well as my new pe routine last night..
well same routine, just more strict on keeping to it.

I did 10 mins hot wrap.
10 mins of stretching.
and about 100 jelqs.
It was short, but I was at work for almost 14 and a half hours. so I was pretty tired.
Will hit it again tonight.
Woot.

I measured the other day, and DID see some gains.

So last night Idid 10 minutes of stretching, *warm up before of course. followed by maybe 100 jelqs, I had a hard time keeping count because I had a hard time staying hard..
* I find I have my best sessions when I am like 80% hard.. last night i was about 50%...
I didn't get that " engorged" feeling I like so much when I jelq usually.. I think its due to the lack of being hard.
then after that I did a 10 mintues pump session at 4psi.

Why does it matter if it's excel, powerpoint, or blog format? Posting his results here does the job just fine...

I havent run out of anything!

so last night 10 min warm up. 10 mins manual stretch.
and then 100 3 second jelqs.
ten mins of pumping.

I have also noticed 2 new veins on my cock..
they are super thick.. and look like roots..

so over this entire period how much have you gained length/girth wise?
also where can you find instructions for the exercises?
(i read the first page but did not have time for the whole thread, sorry if these questions have already been answered.)
