Do all the men in your family share the same circumcision status: cut vs uncut?

That def is odd.. just curious what are their ages?

has your family ever talked about it?

normally parents make a mistake with the first one and then don't cut any future children.. thats really odd they did the first.. then not the next 3 and then the last two..

Has there ever been drama between you guys about it?.. I know i definitely would not be happy if I had an uncut brother.. since I'm cut..

I don't mean that in a bad way.. just knowing what i know about it.. I'd be really upset about what was done to me, yet happy it didn't happen to him.. yet jealous at the same time.. and I'd never let my parents live it down..

yes i've always brought it to my moms attention as of why i am not cut like my three brothers, her answer/reason was, i was born premature (due in Feb of 89 but arrive in late Dec of 88) she said i was a very small baby, with lots of medical complications, so she felt to spare me the cut because she didn't want to see me suffer any longer. (i wish she would of gave the ok to the docs ugh)..

so that's my story, now to my other brothers who are uncut like me i have no clue to why she didn't have them cut.. i posted the stats below

eldest bro 41 (cut)
second eldest bro 25 (uncut)
than me 23 (uncut)
younger bro 22 (uncut)
younger bro 21 (cut)
youngest bro 18 (cut)

there was never no drama in my family about something so care-free, we fought over clothes & video games and bathroom space lol..

I have 2 brothers and both are uncut, as is my dad. I, unfortunately, am cut. Don't know if it was the era or what, but I am not happy about it. My son is cut as well but only because his mother had a huge fit, and refused to let him be uncircumcised. And, the doctor who performed my circumcision did an outstanding job. No loose skin to be found anywhere. Wonder if that is why I am fascinated with foreskin?

So you wish you were cut? any reasons?

I was born premature too by 7 weeks.. i know they tried to do it before i left the hospital but they brought me back without doing it so i was almost spared.. but then i was taken in at around 6-8 weeks old to have it done.. I think thats why i have such a loose cut.. since I"m guessing I was done in the doctors office with the plastibell vs if i would have been cut in the hospital i probably would have been cut with the gomco..

were you all born in the same city? just wonder if that could have been the difference in them vs you..

are you going to seek getting cut as an adult?

brother and father and me all uncut until i was 26 due to phimosis as well. but my nephews are all uncut. hispanic people do not cut unless they are very affluent which in that case they tend to cut the children. almost like a luxury.

I am cut, and my 2 sons are uncut. I can totally see how you might have brothers with different circumcision status. My wife and I were definitely pressured to have it done when they were in the hospital immediately after each birth. Even though it was marked on their charts that we didn't want it done and we had told the doctors, we were asked/reminded at least 6 times over 2 days or so by medical staff with each child, usually in the form of "You know, your son hasn't been circumcised yet" or "When do you want your son circumcised." (um, look at the chart?). I can see how if you weren't fully committed to it or if you were ambivalent about it and/or were just dizzy with exhaustion/excitement/relief or however you might be feeling after birth, you might just say, "Oh, go ahead and do it."

My dad, brother, and I are all uncut.
Mother's brothers, and all their kids I know about are uncut.
Brother's sons are cut.
I had one of each.
Sisters kids are about 50/50.
Guess you could say we are a mixed family.
