It was really really cold this morning when I took this picture to post for this thread. I lose 2 or 3 inches in length, and my balls do not hang at all. To answer your question, yes big balls do play a big part unless it's cold outside.

I would say they do. My balls push the back of my cock forward, making the whole package bulge more. There's kind of a weird thing that happens when you happen to be long even when flaccid, which I'm sure other hung guys have noticed: you can sometimes look bulge-less because you're cock hangs down so low, rather than bulging out. Depending on how and where I tuck my dick in my briefs and around my balls, I can either pretty much hide the bulge or make it gigantically obvious. With length comes flexibility of display.
