[Wow! Context DOES matter]
I read the original post without looking at your profile. (i.e. I didn't realize that you were Black or dark-skinned). Assuming that you were non-Black, I thought that the OP is based on a degree of prejudice against Black guys. I wondered how well Ohmo1 was able to distinguish cultural (stereo)types from individuals. Then, I looked at the profile and realized that you are Black / non-White.
Do you mean to ask, "Why isn't there more interracial dating in the gay community in the USA?" If so, I have no definitive answer, but there are a few partial responses:

Do you mean to ask, "Why isn't there more interracial dating in the gay community in the USA?" If so, I have no definitive answer, but there are a few partial responses:
- Culture and geography - The South is more self-segregated than other metropolitan centers, so there are higher hurdles to interracial dating.
- Assortative Mating or "Like Attracts Liker" - Have you ever noticed that many guys in gay couples look like they could be brothers or cousins? Especially with young gay couples (i.e in their 20s), I've observed that the guys seek out other guys who resemble them in physical appearance. That selection pressure makes some gay guys less inclined to date outside their peer group. On the positive side, as gay guys mature, I've observed that their interests expand. (In my late 30s and now early 40s, I've had sexual interactions with all sorts of guys from 25 to nearly 70 )
Just curious to find out how many white, Latin or Asian guys like black guys. I've always thought it was the minority seeing that interracial gay couples is still a little taboo. Maybe I'm wrong. Who knows?
