i would doubt there is any real correlation.......although i'm a male so what do i know.
i do know that i have an affinity for large breasts and round shapely asses as well, but i'm pretty sure that has nothing to do w/ my cock size. it just happens to be what i find attractive both visually and physically in regards to sensations of touch. i love the big round parts of women that reinforce to me their femininity.

Since caveman times, humans have been motivated by two main drivers.........survival and replication.
Men are more primarily motivated by replication whereas women go more for security. The reason why women are more attracted to security as they are traditionally the raisers of the young and seek a safe, secure environment to raise their young.
Women are by in large attracted to 8 things in a man:
1. Health
2. Social Intuition
3. Humour
4. Status
5. Wealth
6. Pre-selection
7. Challenging
8. Confidence
Most of these traits can be tracked back to security. For example, a healthy caveman is better able to protect a cavewoman than an unhealthy one, a wealthy caveman (some with an excess supply of food or a secret stash of pelts) is better able to provide for their young, etc).
Notice that penis size is not a part of that list?
Why?
It's because to most women, penis size is only of minor importance compared to these other traits listed. If you had to put it somewhere, it would probably be a subset of health.
Guys being motivated more by replication, tend to look for women who can create and raise healthy offspring. This is why men are attracted to women with large breasts, whether we realize it or not, its because this is a signal that a woman can provide for her young.

This principle actually still applies in developing countries, where women typically still depend financially on men -- often because of tradition, lack of education, societal pressure, or hiring discrimination. American women, whatever your feeling is about them, typically have the desire, encouragement, and the means to be financially self-dependent. So, whereas women who need men for financial reasons may prioritize security (kindness, generosity, etc.), women who don't 'need' men are free to select men based on looks and even...penis size, if these women so wish to.
But don't fret! There are still many countries where attractive women will settle for any old shlump who can at least provide security.

Older women may be different, but I think you'll find that for younger women (in say their 20's) generally still go for security as the main motivator. Attractive women are just able to aim higher so may get guys who more of the eight traits I listed whereas a women seen as having less replication value may have to settle for less.
