Hard to tell from the picture as both look to be circumcised.

Yep, I think both are circumcised... I don't think that procedure has anything to do with size

The only thing shorter on circumcised guys is their foreskins.

Well, there's definitely a part missing. If you take a part away.... smaller.

Okay, but using logic, you can't take a part of something away permanently without making it smaller. Yes, it heals, and people grow up. But a part of that dick was thrown in the biohazard bin, or sold to tissue harvesters.

I see a number of cut guys on this site where the whole dick is smaller from the circ scar to the tip. Also a lot of intact guys have a real plump appearance on erection because the foreskin rolls back over the middle of the penis when they get hard. Circ removes some or a lot of that padding.

Pretty much this, you're only really losing out on some girth when cut.

No they don't. If you search enough there are small and big both in length and girth on both sides of circumcising. If anything a circumcised penis may be said to get fatter because there is nothing keeping it restricted.

Logically, two identical penis - one cut and one au naturel - will not be the same size.

There is going to be a shortening of the penis and tightening of the frenulum. So they will be fractionally smaller. It most likely won't be noticeable.

Uncut do seem to look bigger though but that might be a type of optical illusion.

I was circumcised when I was 30. It was a pretty tight circumcision and I was a bit alarmed to find that my cock was quite a lot shorter afterwards. But the surgeon assured me the remaining shaft skin would stretch, and he was right. Within a couple of months my erection measured exactly the same as it had previously. So, I'd say with some certainty that it makes no difference to erect length. Flaccid length? Well, my foreskin was quite long and protruded beyond the tip of my glans when my cock was completely flaccid. So circumcision definitely shortened my flaccid cock (not that that bothered me in the slightest).

Girth? Well, I suppose the girth, around the glans, of my flaccid cock was greater when I had my foreskin covering it. But circumcision didn't really affect the position or amount of skin on the shaft of my flaccid cock. Girth of my erect cock? As the skin on the shaft of my erect cock was tighter after circumcision, it's possible that there was a temporary reduction in girth. But as I said, the skin did stretch and I'm sure the measurement around the base or mid shaft is not affected by circumcision. The only difference is that the runkled foreskin just behind the glans of my erect cock has gone, so it might measure a little less just behind the glans than it would if I'd not been circumcised. I honestly don't think it's worth worrying about, as the 'useful' (IMHO) girth and length remains the same.

I tend to feel that the loss of part of the tube of penis skin is more than compensated for by the fact that, whereas the uncircumcised penis moves back and forth quite a lot within it's own tube of skin, the circumcised penis doesn't do that to such a great extent. It drags it's skin in and out of your partner and creates a bit more friction, which I think feels very good so long as you have plenty of lubrication.

What a ridiculous statement. Loose skin is cutoff, not the shaft.

I'm uncut and tiny. 4 inches hard on a good day. Most men I've been with have been uncut and twice my tiny size.

Now here's a ridiculous statement. Frictionize sex, then use lube to overcome the friction.

The problem with saying that is it can't be true. Circumcision removes an area of tissue equivalent in size to the owner's palm. A lot of guys for some reason buy the idea that it makes no difference and are very sorry when they find out otherwise.
