If a straight guys enjoys the odd bit of cock now and then, perhaps even just the once or twice in his entire life that doesn't automatically make him gay, or bisexual. He could just be experimenting and having a good time nothing more nothing less.

Yup. Experimentation doesn't make you gay or straight.

On the thread question, it depends. I guess it would be a challenge sometimes if I ever really set out to bed a str8 boy. It's usually that things just happen.

Okay, perhaps the conventions were a bad example: it was just the most recent place I came across something like this (and I think they're predominantly a 'straight' scene because I've been to a few). I was brought up in a small town in the North of Scotland, (is that a 'straight' enough scene for you?) and found that generally people were less picky: coming to a big town (like London) where there's lots more choice means that people get a lot more specialised in what they like, in my experience.

The point I was trying to make is that if someone is in the closet, their opportunities for sex are more restricted. Yes, they have eyes in their heads, but we all accept we can't always get the guys we'd like to have, and can settle for what's available! I've been in a few situations where I'm the only gay guy a person knows and, wouldn't you know it, they've suddenly discovered their 'gay' side! I accept that other people's experience may be different, but that's why, for example, many Gay Switchboards have rules about not meeting callers: it's exploitative to cop off with people when you're the first gay guy they've ever met.

Gay guys try to seduce str8 guys, str8 guys try to seduce lesbians, lesbians try and seduce str8 women, and str8 women try to seduce gay guys.

I love that! That is so true! Do I have your permission to use that as my signature? I can't tell you how many gay hairdressers have told me they have to fight off some their women clients, some of whom dangle (ahem) their big dicked boyfriends for a 3 way as an inducement. I think I'd have to bite on that bait. I've been married and I have 1% str8 in my profile because I'd have no problem with having a 3 way with a str8 couple if the guy is hot.

Exactly! LOL

hahah SAME! WAYYYY to easy...

I don't go seeking out straight guys...but it seems they are the ones that come to me. I'm kinda weirded out at first..but meh...it's just sex. If they are hot and I'm in the mood...why not! It does seem strange tho how many straight guys are on the gay hook up sites tho looking for a lil' guy time..."my wife is out of town or at work" or "on the way home from work and looking for "training" for my ass and throat".

Ya' know... it's all good. People are way to quick to slap a label on sexuality anyway...just have fun and be safe whatever ya do.

I find the opposite with "Bi" guys online; they like to call themselves Bisexual [because of confusion from Asperger's syndrome or just being college aged], but really, the only male-male sex they'll ever have is with a best friend, or a supermodel. You, a stranger over 40, have no chance.

I can't speak to "bi guys online," but I'm over 40 and still get my share of str8 college boys wanting their first experience.

I definitely need to make a trip to Austin; a friend told me guys in their 30's and 40's do very well with the college dudes there. With 50,000 college students in that town, I guess sometimes they want someone without any of the boyishness of the guys in their peer group and want a MAN. Anyway, he's happy to oblige and so am I.

There are individuals who enjoy the hunt or the chase actually more than the sex and for some reason these individuals want the challenge more than they want anything else. If they are successful the person was not actually 100% straight, but was at least exploring.

Personally, I do not like this because it has been a negative that has been used against the gay community for decades. I also dislike the reference in this thread to the word "boy" which can imply an illegal act, but I am going to take that as simply a statement.

The the world is made up of many people and many mindsets. The challenge of seduction is not limited to "gay guys" as another poster pointed out. Women who want to seduce gay men are absolutely annoyingly "common". Being a gay guy who has been placed in this position more than once I can personally vouch for that one.

In my opinion this is an issue of individuals and is definitely not a stereotype or a constant among gay men. Some do, wome don't.

I'm defnitely not sure about that, when I was finishing school down in the total arse end of nowhere in south west Ireland there were one or two guys in the area who everyone knew were gay all of them were dogs frankly, and since everyone knows everyone down there by your logic you would have thought they would have been inundated with cock, not so, mostly they never scored at all. I turned up, not ugly, and young and new I suppose and well I did fairly well, mostly with straight guys or bi-curious who said they'd just never met a guy gay or otherwise they were attracted to before.

The point I was trying to make is that if someone is in the closet, their opportunities for sex are more restricted. Yes, they have eyes in their heads, but we all accept we can't always get the guys we'd like to have, and can settle for what's available! Just because you haven't come out yet doesn't mean you don't know any gay people, or even lots of gay people for that matter, my mate from before I moved to Ireland, still lives in Brighton, we both grew up with loads of gay family friends and as well as me he knew at least four other guys our age who were out in secondary school. He didn't come out till three years ago. He admitted that he'd been having sly shags with guys over the years but had just never been able to admit to himself what the story was.

i spent a year in paris and actually lived in the gay district while doing work for my degree. i used to get a few looks now and again. i also had one guy try and strike up a conversation about something or other and in the end i stopped walking and told him i wasn't gay but thanks, then he tells me 'you are looking very gay'. Well great, be sure to tell that to all the hot french women that won't give me the time of day!

I have also had an irish gay couple in england tell me that i was gay, like they just 'know' or something. I guess if you look approachable, athletic, and not that ugly some gay people presume you are that way inclined. I also have a little bit of a baby face, and look young for my age (22) which I guess doesn't help.

The reason I'm writing this is the experiences I have had with gay men presuming I am interested weren't always pleasant. The worst thing is the awkwardness when I'm aware of being eyed up and I'm not walking anywhere, like on a train. Gay guy shoots a look at me, I think fuck he thinks I'm gay, don't look at him,,,,train stops, have to get off at the same doors, gay guy is blatantly staring at me as I walk up feeling awkward as fuck. I guess I've not had any real experience dealing with it, so I don't know what to do, do i say 'GET BACK HOMO!' or just try and ignore him? When there's no conversation I just try to ignore it.

I'm notorius for having a major thing for str8 guys there a multitide of psycoligcal reasons for why but to simply it for me the biggest turn on behind being with a str8 guy is seeing them open thier mind to new things..... and seeing thier eyes pop when they learn just how enjoyable man on man can be

I'm a big believer of life is there to be lived and we do our best living by exploring all facits of it so for me i really get into showing others how to broaden thier experiences
