Statistically i would think not. If you have no other problems medically, and dont plan on having kids (and the testes size dont necessarily correspond to sperm count) then the only problem is cosmetically - the ramifications vary from person to person- ie im happy my dicks not tiny, screw my small testes. it is also an easy fix surgically (think boob job) and many scrotally impaired self inject with many different things

Was told by a specialist that I probably cant have children.....asked about implants but having your balls removed can cause problems he said........probably hormonal etc
