Do Kegels cause Physical Changes in Appearance?

Hello,

So I used to be pretty big into doing kegels. I probably kept it up for about 3-4 months doing about 3-5 second holds for about 80-100 a day. I didn't really see any physical change in the area between my balls and anus. Only thing different really was my ability to hold my contractions longer without muscle fatigue. So I was wondering, are there any people out there who have been doing kegels for a long time and have actually seen muscle growth in that area? I know kegels don't make your dick itself bigger, it just allows for better control with ejaculation, and to have stronger ejaculations and stuff like that, but I still figured working out the muscle you should still see a change in appearance somehow where the muscle is located. Also anyways doing kegels how many a day do you do and how many days a week? Thank you.

Anything that strengthens your pelvic floor is going to have a positive effect on your posture. It's very subtle, but people will notice it unconsciously (e.g. better body language). If you're of a certain age, sex, and medical history, not having to wear adult diapers would also affect your appearance. As for frequency, just do them sitting while waiting for something else- I wouldn't bother setting aside time for them unless you were directed to do so by a health care provider.

If you want faster and more pronounced results along those lines, try exercises that work all of your core muscles instead, such as the Pilates "fab five" or variants of squats and lunges.

I've read Kegels are the muscles you use to stop urine flow, but are they also the same muscles you use to snap, or twitch, your cock when you have a good boner?
