Is that your view or do you have evidence this is so? What about being gay wrecks a marriage? Are you assuming these people are sneaking out to have sex? That's a trait that isn't unique to homosexuality.

Are gay men unable to love their wives and children? Are these men happy enough in their lives that even though they harbor sexual desires and thoughts for the same sex they can be happy in an opposite sex relationship?

What about women who just want a "normal" life and to live right perhaps in the eyes of their family and God? Are their lives "wrecked" as well?

Again orientation is not behavior and is not necessarily who you love.

If you can't be with the one you love, love the one you're with. It's trite but it does work.

God, just shut up dude. No one cares what you think.

Some do...yes...but it's more common for the other way around.

But here's the bigger question to help explain this: Some gay men have repulsion towards women's bodies, or a female doing anything sexually. That could be a reason why it's not common from very gay men to do. Straight men do not have aversion to male bodie, or seeing males do anything sexually, as they're male themselves.

Researcher Helen Fischer has spent a great time studying "Why We Love". She writes:
Helen Fisher, a research anthropologist at Rutgers University, said in an interview that human partnerships are shaped by three independent neurochemical brain-body systems, responsible respectively for sexual attraction, romantic yearning and long-term attachment.

"The three systems are very fickle. They can act together, or they can act separately," Dr. Fisher said. This, she said, helps explain why people can be wildly sexually attracted to those they have no romantic interest in, and romantically drawn to — or permanently attached to — people who hold no sexual interest.

"Once the system is triggered, it's so chemically powerful that you can easily overlook everything about that person that doesn't work for you," Dr. Fisher said. "Even straight people have fallen in love with people they could never make a life with," she said.

The yen and the yang of it all is quite fascinating. The Hollywood marriages we know would never last but they have and the ones we knew would end and they did. Who can figure it out?

My boyfriend turns green when I suggest bisexual acts. He always later apologizes for not being more open, wishing he could address certain fantasies of mine. He is very into the idea of eventually (though not soon) including another female in our play. He has asked me if I want him to consider a male the same way, and I have admitted to the appeal of that idea. He struggles to maintain arousal when exploring even just the idea, but he does find it repulsive. He really wants to find it tolerable. He has said so, and I believe him. He just can't. On the other hand, I had two straight exes allow men to kiss them, just to try it. They both agreed that physically, it felt no different from kissing a woman, but that they'd tried it and would rather not do it again. And that was just kissing. There was no hope of pushing their boundaries any further in that direction. Not all straight men are as you say. The straight men I know are either completely unwilling to try homoerotic encounters, or will try if pushed, but don't wish to continue nor escalate.

That's more a taboo issue than one of natural indifference. Hard to measure this is men. But we can see more of the real story by the porn that most straight men watch.

Many women are not homophobic about lesbian sex: they're jsut disinterested in women's bodies. They're much more believable when they say they have zero interest in women.

Orientation changes in many people due to predisposition, and circumstance. What doesn't change as readily is the definition of words, or no one would understand each other.

I totally agree.

We all use common words, which act as short cuts to common meanings (conventions). It is all part of thinking conceptually.

However, there has been a tug-a-war in this discussion between some who want a specific meaning to some terms and others who would chose to have them be less restrictive. For example, if I use the term “horse” some would be happy just thinking about a generic member of the equine family. While other more restrictive folks might say, no! no! A horse stands seven feet tall, has brown hair, and a long black tale. In most cases, we would all just make some accommodation for the other guys thinking and move on with our discussion. But not so in this thread.

It gets redundant at times, but can be interesting every now and then.

I disagree. If it were about tabboo, the one would be unapologetic about his revulsion, and the other two could not have been pressed to kiss men. They were both adept at defending boundaries later on. They would not be swayed.

Hard to measure this is men. But we can see more of the real story by the porn that most straight men watch.
The one only watches het porn, including face sitting, interracial, and bondage. As for the other two, one watches all het porn including interracial (specifically black men with blonde women) big black asses, hardcore anal, and female-submissive bondage, while the other watches tentacle rape hentai, robot hentai, hardcover anal, interracial, male-submissive bondage, women deep-throating big dicks, and girl's first big dick. I have tried to watch trans porn with each of them, and each tried, but 2/3 asked me to choose something else. The remaining one responded to the porn I differently, and said a trans customer of his at work had seen photos of us he'd posted on a swinger site, and had hung around for weeks building up the courage to ask him for an introduction to me. Our conversation about my possible meeting with her took a nosedive after I suggested things I'd have liked to see him explore with her that involved her penis. He was game, until he realized he might hurt her feelings by wanting nothing to do with her dick.

Many women are not homophobic about lesbian sex: they're jsut disinterested in women's bodies. They're much more believable when they say they have zero interest in women.
That's bigotry against straight men.

I'm not sure how you can't see this is offensive to straight men: you're saying they wouldn't be straight if they just knew better.

You're two theories as to why this is true I don't believe.

Your theory is that all straight men are into gangbangs, dp, and transsexual porn, but I can't find anything that shows those are the top searches on porn sites. Most things I see suggest teen or milf near the top which are generally not any of those things. Feel free to show the data and I'll believe you, but that still doesn't make it true for all men. I know I don't like gangbangs or dp (usually only watch for a minute if there's an extremely attractive woman, then get disinterested by the amount of penises), and never watch transsexual porn. Almost all that I look at is solo women because that's what I like, and solo women cams seem to be pretty popular so I can't be alone in that.

And you say because men have a penis, they must like a penis on another man. There's no reason to believe that. I like mine because it makes me feel good, not because I'm attracted to it. It's no different than how scratching an itch feels good to me, but I really don't care about an itch on someone else.

I never said "all" men.

A few men are transsexual lesbians. They want to be lesbians. That's what I call close to 100% straight (zero interest in male body).

You have no attraction to your own penis or manliness? Feeling sexy or like a stud is being somewhat attracted to yourself and your own genitals. This is abnormal if you never feel this way. This is can be easily mirrored in other men of whom you are jealous, etc.

Porn is full of big dicks (not just in gangbangs, DP's, etc), so obviously men are turned on by seeing big dicks. It's more than mere aesthetics like seeing a pretty landscape. Men want to have a big dick to sexual (it's a major turn-on to have a big dick).

And remember porn is made by straight men for straight men... not by women or gay men for men.

Why are you own here? If the penis is so irrelevant for sexual purposes (just an itch you scratch when you see pussy), why are you on a BIG DICK site? Do you have a penile medical condition where you need support?

Penis is one of the most googled sexual words by straight men - pretty much on par with vagina. You can find this out here and other sites:

The third big surprise was the parts of anatomy that men prefer. It turns out that heterosexual men very much like looking at penises.
There’s pretty overwhelming evidence for it: Men search for penises almost as often as they search for vaginas. There’s about a thousand heterosexual sites dedicated to large penises, and large penises are a category of erotica in all the major porn video sites. We think the reason for this is because it’s actually from our evolutionary heritage. If you look at all the other primates, the penis is a prominent and versatile social tool used for many different purposes — to indicate aggression, to mark territory, to indicated sexual interest. The penis may also function as a sperm competition cue. That is a very specific hard-wired cue for men to trigger arousal — basically if a man has a reason to think that a woman recently had sex with a man it makes him more aroused and the penis must play a role in that.

Agree will what Neller and alterego said. I have bull on my ignor list so I don't normally see his post but I don't know where he's getting his info from. Just because it's the type of porn you watch doesn't mean all men watch it.

Just like Neller said Milf stuff is what I really big now, Lisa Ann is practically a house hold name, and I don't even watch all of that. I personally dont search porn by genres I search it according to the girls I like. I think Jada Stevens should have won performer of the year but she didn't so clearly even with porn tress it does not translate across to everyone

Mia kalifa is the most searched girl on porn hub but even that is more due to all the controversy about what Islamic people think about her, not because everyone likes her.

When Paris Hilton made her sex tape she was all everyone could talk about but that doesnt mean that a lot of people find her attractive. Hell Jenna Jameson is like the most famous porn star ever but many people myself included think she's overrated.

How do you manage to look at my profile all the time? I see your name there every day.:biggrin1: You're not really ignoring my gallery. You gonna fight that one, too?

None of this suggests homosexual acts though. It suggests maybe competition with other men, or maybe wishing you had the qualities of another man, but it does not mean you want to be with one.

I was extremely insecure about my size. I don't claim it was rational. While searching to see if I was abnormal I came across this site which had some very open and frank discussions about size and helped disabuse some of the myths I had come to believe when I was younger. It made me feel much better about myself and I'll always be appreciative of this community for that. And I've stuck around because there's usually some other fun discussions or people talking about things I'd never heard of and I like learning new stuff even if I'll never experience or have anything to do with what they're talking about. Like even though I disagree with Sargon, I appreciate that he gives me things to consider and learn about.

You're not getting my first point at all. LOL. Feeling sexy or stud-like as a man yourself - you don't get my point on that issue?

You say you don't care what other men think, but you're discussing dick size with them???

We can be easily attracted to peni without wanting to suck one. Competition and feeling sexy towards ourselves is a form of same-sex attraction. Just seeing a penis can get most men hard. It's obvious men are attracted to peni. It's so common sense that it's not even worth discussing. That's why porn is full of dick. Otherwise, all porn would be lesbian. Men like to see big cocks -- they're highly sexually arousing. Whether they all want to interact with one is something different (that's more gay sex lol).

I look at Playboy just for the articles. :biggrin1:

I think this is why you don't get what the 100% straight guys are saying. How we feel about ourselves does not transfer to other men.

You say you don't care what other men think, but you're discussing dick size with them???
Men are a better resource about it then women so why not? And it's not really a discussion, it's more understanding what's normal or not. It's all been informative rather than anything sexual. I don't think I ever discussed anything qualitative about my or anyone else's dick (like "oh that's a nice one").

We can be easily attracted to peni without wanting to suck one. Competition and feeling sexy towards ourselves is a form of same-sex attraction.
Your position then is any man who likes themselves is somewhat homosexual besides a small subset of transsexuals. With that position there's no meaning to the word "straight" so the whole discussion is pointless.

The average man doesn't admire big cocks in the way he would pretty landscape picture.

If you told people that you were on a big dick site, but had no interest in competing, showing off, browsing galleries, they'd laugh you out of the room.:biggrin1:

Hatt looks at my gallery all the time. He's never off of it. I can't many views a day. I don't how to block him from visiting my gallery all the time. Why is he looking at the big peter all the time? I want answers!!!!:biggrin1:
