The notion of displaying a percentage on this site is annoying as fuck. The idea of being 99% or 100% anything is incredibly hairsplitting, and based on what? Haha, I don't post percentages either for very similar reasons. It just doesn't make any sense to me. A blowjob most certainly is sex, it is called oral sex. It wasn't fucking but it certainly was sex. It seems really ridiculous to label a way more common form of penetrative MM sex as "not sex", it's a hell of a lot more common than anal sex. Most of the relationships I've had would be defined as sexless, if I applied that standard to myself (they most certainly weren't sexless, I had a shitload of sex in those too).
