Well I guess I'm one of those lying females too...I have never and would never talk about a partner's size with my friends. Nor do I discuss any other aspects of our sex life because I'm kinda private about that stuff - some things are just between two people IMO. The only time I have really turned to my friends to discuss relationship issues was to do with my ex partner's mother - something I really couldn't talk to him about.

My friends and I also don't have spontaneous pillow fights in our underwear when we are alone. Sorry.

Talking about penis size with female friends: a couple of times and these were indirectly related to size as the conversations were about guys having problems getting hard. The specific flaccid or hard measurements weren't discussed.

I've had in-depth conversations with male friends about dick dimensions.
