Yes we can, we can orgasm in our sleep as well. I'm not sure it is as messy as a male... at least mine isn't.

I've never taken note of when or why mine have ocurred. They are fairly rare these days. I think I had more wet dreams when I was younger.
I have them all the time and I'm in the fortunate position of being able to lucidly dream about what I want.
I trained myself to do it when I had horrific nightmares when I was a kid, it's a really useful thing to be able to entertain oneself while sleeping

Never orgasmed from a dream, but I definitely have woken up horny as hell from an erotic dream plenty of times.
I don't think I've ever orgasmed in my sleep, but I have had sexual dreams and woken up very very wet.

trust me, even if you could get through, you wouldn't want to. I don't open it because of the insane amount of spiders that nest there. Its gross.

See, I think it's more appropriate for a woman to call her sex dreams "wet dreams." For men, I prefer "pipe dreams," because that's normally what we wake up with...pipe. Granted, there can be some wetness (more for some than others), but I'm always more aware of the tent I'm pitching, not the..."morning dew."
