My girlfriend doesn t see me much limp - and is not interested when it's hanging.

A penis grows on average 66%; erected length = 5/3 of limp length.
So a limp of 3" to 5" is neither a shower - neither a grower but normal.
I should say when it grows less than 33% it's a shower; when it grows more than 100% a grower.

Example : limp 3"
shower : erected less than 4.0"
grower : erected more than 6"
normal : erected from 4.0" upto 6"

I have with those defintions not a grower, neither a shower even that it's never shorter than 4" limp. ( f.e. feet in cold water )
