Its really difficult to generalize as rightly said by someone, all women are different.
But my personal view point is, porn has spoiled all of us. Our expectations from sex has increased because of porn. If I am a size queen, porn is responsible.
Never done a DP/DV. But when i see some of those horny vids, specially where a gal seems to enjoy it, i feel like trying it. I am not sure if i would ever try it, but yeah..its looks good on screen and i am obssed watching DP/DV once a while.

Despite the OP's literal query being concerned with "women", he was of course not asking for individuals to speak for all women. It's a common way of asking questions and, frankly, it's being intentionally pedantic to suggest otherwise.
Perhaps it's not a women's issue. That determination is not mine to make. I would posit that it's certainly a legitimate inquiry, and not one that's been discussed much here to my knowledge.
Even if this thread was started as wank fodder (a reflexively applied allegation around here, it seems to me), it would make for a legitimate thread if people would answer the question with respect to their own preferences.
