As a guy, I can't see a small dicked guy as powerful. Sure, he may have my respect but I could never "look up" to him.
Hmmm...let's looks at this logically...do you, or have you ever, "looked up" to any male, especially in judging that that individual may have been "powerful" (whatever that means)? I assume there are probably at least a few men for whom the answer would be, "yes." And for those men, you've seen all their erections, eh?
Didn't think so...but your logic would contend that even if you "looked up" to another male, let's say for even a lifetime, without having seen his cock hard or known of his endowment...that if, suddenly, you became aware of his small endowment, then suddenly that person magically loses all his "power," or at least whatever exalted position you've attributed to him.
How does that make ANY sense at all?
