i think some guys on this thread are also getting confused by 'respect' vs 'prefer/like'??

Respect is more than just saying 'oooh that's big', thats not respect, it may be a compliment, a joke, an insult or someone just being happy at seeing something bigger than average. But that is NOT the same as respecting a guy because he has a big dick.

Respect is about values - you respect someone for how they behave towards you and others for example.
