I would have to say intercourse with a woman.....but second only to my edging orgasms.
Women have the ability and the parts in which to make this happen...and if it involves
love or effection for each other....then there is no doubt about it...a hands-down YES.

However, as a BI, I cannot discount same-sex orgasms (oral, mutual masturbation, or
otherwise) for they can be intense also, but just not in the same way as intercourse with
