Okay, so both of you have female friends that you discuss porn with? I have never talked about porn with a female friend! Even those women whom I am absolutely positive watch as much porn as me, I just don't know how it would end up coming up in conversation and I can't imagine how that conversation would go.

All those people we told about accidentally getting someone else's porn collection, not a single person volunteered personal information about their own porn tastes or about their own porn collections, even though we talked a lot about the things we got in detail. It seems like everyone is comfortable talking about a total stranger's kinks, but no one wants to talk about their own. :tongue:

It actually normally stems from something we've seen like an actor or something and then we joke and then I go from joking to "no but seriously, there was this one piece I saw the other day where...happened, and I'm not sure if I'd want to try it or blah...." but then after that it's like back to normal conversation about what ever... We don't sit around just having porn conversations. Usually it comes in passing and then it goes. The only person I really get in depth with regarding porn is my bf.

I probably wouldn't if I felt that it would make other people uncomfortable. If someone else brought up porn, I might say something, but again, I really can't see it coming up in a "let's chat about it" sort of way, other than jokes of course, but then you just laugh and move on.

Sure I've talked about porn with other people.
I can think of 2 guys friends that I've talked openly and jokingly about porn with.
I used to watch porn with one of my ex-girlfriends who was into black on black porn and even now as friends we have no problem talking about porn or sex in general.

It all depends on my comfort level and the sexual nature of my conversations with the people I interact with. Pick your battles and your porn talks.

I Like porn, and will freely talk about it, especailly becuause I want to help the porn actors figth for their rights! These people are being exploited, and not the way most people think. I have worked in movies and tv many times, there is so much bullshit you have to do to legally film. Permits, papers, unions to deal with, safty experts, it's madness! And if there are stunts and pyro? Sooo much to deal with to....Make sure everyone is safe, and legal. There are lots of cops and fire authority you will find on set sometimes. But, what do you need to film a porno? Who is there making sure no one is trying to get these actors to do something dangerous and stupid? There are people to protect stupid kids that come to Hollywood, that would do stunts that are dangerous for tv or movies. But who was there to protect Lara Roxxs? She got aids from a scene. Told in order to get paid she would have to do double anal, no condoms. The porn industry needs to fall under the same codes as regular films. Sorry to rant, but living in southern CA, this hits close to home. The porn industry is trying to make us think they are safe and on the up and up. It's a joke.
