Personally as a straight guy I think it'd made me feel uncomfortable at a urinal or in a shower. If I'm walking around and my junk has a visible bulge, both guys and girls tend to look anyway, no problems with either there. I think the urinals are just a place where I expect privacy, I want to be able to piss without wondering what some random dude is thinking of my junk. Don't know if other guys feel the same, I doubt I'd even have a problem with a guy jerking off to a naked picture of me if it came down to it, but I'm still not down with urinal stares so much.
