Very attractive, I don't usually put numbers on people, but I would definitely make a move on him in a bar or pick up area, no doubt.
He’s a good looking bloke but he seems pretty dull and boring based all these 2 pics u posted. Would I check him out in the bar? Nope! Unless he has a killer smile. I love men with nice smiles and eyes.

Most people (myself included) falls between average to good looking when we are young (under 30yo). And then just average looking when we hit 40yo and onward.
Politicians are in their own separate category. Most of those old fuckers are downright fugly, more so than the general population.

Nice body without being too muscley, not bad face with a nice bit of scruff. Would like to see his teeth, smile and cock. Personality is part of his attractiveness too.
