I don't follow pornstars exactly, But I've checked out some of their twitter accounts before.

Matt Barker from a reality TV show called 1 girl 5 gays, <-- Just a gay Canadian guy on a tv show about being gay..

For real pornstars, I've checked out.. Some Latino ones from BiLatinMen such as Ruthless, 3Trez and anyone they fuck with.. lol

I used to follow the accounts of minor stars I found on Reddit or Tumblr that were basically using Twitter to promote their content. Never any mainstream porn stars. Mistress T was probably the most mainstream one I followed, and she produced her own content.
