99% of my pants have a slim fit, even though I don't have a big bulge when soft, it is still visible, especially when I'm "manspreading" but nothing outrageous.

Everytime I notice a guy's bulge I ask myself whether he is aware the bulge is there, or whether is on purpose. But a lot of the times I look at the dude's face and they look so innocent that is hard to get if they are aware of anything. I don't wear tight clothes but depending on the shorts or pants, there will always be some VPL, but nothing too extreme. I know if I put on thin gym shorts that everything is on display and I won't wear those outside, I only buy those for lounging around in anyway. Some guys wear those outside, but I prefer not to. I don't check to see if I'm showing in everything else because I want to be comfortable and if it is obvious I have penis, that is irrelevant to me.

It all the depends on the type of underwear. If it's boxer briefs i will poke out which isn't comfortable in pants, so i just dress "forward" and then it becomes a bulge. If i got longer under wear i will dress to the left and then i get a VPL.
