so i havent seen this girl in a long time & i was at work and i went out to the lobby and i saw the girl i used to liked back in high school sitting at the table with her boyfriend i guess she was waiting for her food at the table because i saw her looking over at the front counter when i went out to the lobby and saw her though i stood there looked at her from afar but i looked away and went back to work.but now i keep seeing her boyfriend picking up food for the both of them at the place i work at soo i guess she doesnt wanna see me so she makes her bf pick up the food there.
this also happend last year when i went out to the mall with my friends i guess she was also there shopping with her bf so she saw me there and was talking about me to him because when i turn around i saw him looking at me. i guess she told him theres that guy who kept on staring at me back in high school.

What if it has nothing to do with you? Do you think she also avoids the shopping center, even if she needs to buy something, JUST because she once spotted you there? When I'm waiting for food, if I'm not looking at my phone or meal companion, and instead I'm looking for waitstaff or at the counter, that usually means they are messing with my time table, or the pacing of service is not to my liking. What if he picks up the food so they can have lunch together without her jepoardizing her deadlines? YOU have been thinking about her since high school. She probably rarely gives you a thought. I'm just saying.

Alex There are so many different reasons and We could all be guessing all year and never know why she does not want to see you so it would be best to just move on to someone that will love you and you love them!!

Alex, if she wanted to see you, she knows where you are, and could always take a few minutes when she's not with her bf to let you know if she's still into you. Based solely on your description, I agree with @BillM . She has moved on and so should you. Don't be the moth to her flame. Be the flame to another moth. Or better yet, find someone that you can be each other's flame for. I admit, that's a lot more easily said than done, but once you've moved on, you'll realize how much better off you are. Wishing you good luck in this and in all things :)

Also, if I wanted to avoid some dude, I might point him out to my man at the store, but we're not getting lunch from a place where either of us might be confronted. We'd just eat elsewhere. Is the food in the lobby the only place open for lunch service in the whole burg?

To be honest, I find your whole self-oriented thought process disturbing and creepy. It's really not likely about you at all. Other people are busy living lives, including she. You go do the same.

I wouldn't say it's disturbing and creepy. I think it's a young guy who's mind is occupied by a diversion. He'll get over it.

I think that's because you're a man, and you've (perhaps) not had to find a way to discourage a male's attention subtly, allowing him to save face, in order not to be victimized by him. He first posted about this woman in April of 2017. He was advised to tell her she's pretty, and then leave the ball in her court. He did not. The fact that she has pointed him out to her boyfriend, also in April of 2017 suggests he makes her routinely uncomfortable. I myself, and the women I know, wouldn't care to see jealousy, but would like to feel safe. I wouldn't point out some harmless guy with a crush. I would point out someone I want him to know I find threatening. Early in my husband's courtship of me, dudes would call hoping it hadn't worked out and that I'd come lay with them. I quickly sent those to voicemail, wordlessly. One dude who frightened me? I gave my guy the phone and asked him to discourage those calls, which he did. This seems to be similar in pattern to my friends. So, yeah. Focusing all HER potential motives based on his presence, being fixated when he hasn't seen her since March, and before that hadn't seen her since April, and considering that his entire post history here revolves around her? Fucking creepy.

dude, man-to-man, you are seriously creeper material the way you are phrasing your thought-process. sounds to me like you've made up this fantasy of yours in your head and no matter what she does or doesn't do, you will twist it around to either revolve around you or your perspective of it. i think that you could randomly see her at walmart and you will automatically think that she followed you there or that some higher power has put you two together.

just because she looked at you doesn't mean shit. when i walk through a mall, i get a lot of stares my way from both men and women and that's all that is. as far as her boyfriend, how do you it's her boyfriend? for all you know it could just be a male friend or a cousin or a brother?

i have a friend that behaves just like you. when he sees a girl just barely looks at him he automatically thinks she wants him and starts making up stories and fantasies about how good they would be together and how she's playing hard-to-get and taunting him... and he does this shit like right away in front of all the guys. uber-weird. granted the guy has limited experience and some lack of social skills but we still love him as one of the guys and we try our best to help him.

you need to move on and lay off this chick. don't be that guy...

So, move on.. why waste time thinking about someone who doesn't seem concerned with you anyway?

Let her live her life, and try to enjoy yours. Overthinking things like this make life less joy and more stress. Who has time for that shit?

Leave. Her. Alone.

And use punctuation, start sentences with capital letters, end them with periods, try question marks when asking a question. While it may seem random and harsh, making writing easy for the reader demonstrates respect for others. Your post history shows a distinct lack of respect for this young woman. She deserves to be allowed to live her life as she chooses. She has chosen to live it without you. Respect that.
