After reading all your responses I can't help but wonder if we all only like doing things we are good at OR if it is possible to enjoy doing something that we have little natural talent or aptitude for.

Speaking for myself, I have to like what I'm doing to do it well. If I'm not 'into it', I do it poorly, even if I have the talent. That's why I didn't do well at school, my teachers always told me and my parents that I had the ability but lacked the motivation. I guess for me it's more about drive rather than ability.

As for myself, I have always been endowed with creative and artistic talents, the only one I cannot do is DRAW, even stick figures are a challenge for me lol.
When I started taking piano, I was playing Fur Elise in 6 months, any student of the piano knows how monumental that is, so in that regard one could call that talent "God given" or innate.
Same thing with singing and dancing, expressive writing and poetry, all came very naturally and easily to me.
I also have a very keen intuition which sometimes in the past I have dismissed to my peril
