Well, as a bodybuilder and competing, yes some guys have small bulges - it's what nature does to some men. Yes, roids do make your balls small IF you don't take something to keep them big. But again, the more mass a bodybuilder packs on, the smaller the bulge will LOOK. Then again, like my deceased lover, he was a grower not a shower.
As for me, I'm 8.5" hard, soft hang 4.5" - I do have to get special made posers to 1) hole my package, 2) keep it tight so it isn't sticking straight out there for all to see, 3) so it does not detract from the muscles.
Some pros do tape their cock somewhat between their legs because they are so long - and they are somewhat embarrassed about it.
Anyway, that's my thoughts for what it's worth.
