To play strip poker: Treat it like regular poker, but make sure everyone has the same amount of clothing layers (ie: everyone has 8 items on). Then, instead of using money or chips... you bet on your clothes (alcohol is often involved) or bet in the form of a sip or a shot of booze. Then play poker!
