    you stop your PE exercises for a while?


    basically is your long-term growth solely dependent on your continual exercise and he or is growth permanent once you have achieved it?

    PS I KNOW ntn about PE hence my question

    It depends on the type of P.E. Pumping is said to be temporary; jelqing relatively permanent (lasts years at least) with some "minor upkeep" (occasional jelqing).

    I chose "remarkable and totally worth it" btw... Gained an inch in length and a half-inch in girth following JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine.

    Are length or girth more likely to change over time? :smile:

    Both; but length is usually first; girth excersizes require greater forces that are need to be "worked up to"; and so length is often gained and THEN girth can be worked on after the penis is accustomed to greater forces.

    Jelqing done with lower erection levels are safer and target length. Higher erection level jelqing and other specific excersizes translate to girth gains.

    There is a free website forums such as one by the name of PEGym with many helpful, knowledgable folks.

    I have been PE exercises now for about a little over 4 months now. I have gains in erect and flaccid. The reason why I started these exercises is that I noticed my penis was shrinking. I don't really now the real reason, it could be a combination of factors. I think the reasons are: lack or use wife no longer interested in sex, no exercise have been laid up with hand injury for about 2 years and age. I think PE does work it's a long process in which you have to devote time to. The thing is to be careful and not injure yourself.

    I've been jelqing for a couple of years, I gained about half an inch. Since last year I have jelqed irregularly, sometimes I don't even do my exercises for weeks. I haven't lost in size though. I think if you stop PE altogether you will slowly loose part of what you've gained before.

    thanks a lot, very helpful stuff. found my lot is mainly at 12:00 and a bit at 9:00 so as he says on there im lucky. having issues figuring out the V jelq tho :(
