Seriously... who hasn't? It happens. A couple of years ago, I was at an event in Dallas and it just so happened that a well known professional football player was there. This was at a crowded place and the bathrooms were big to accomodate all the people. The wall was lined with urinals and I just happened to enter the bathroom to see this guy doing his business. The funny thing is I noticed most of the guys close to him were sneaking peeks. They all wanted to know what this jock was packing. It happens in the locker room too. Especially if you're with a well built buddy you work with or just hang out with. Most college guys can tell you who has the biggest dick on their hall in the dorm room and they usually give them a name. It's not just a gay thing or bi to sneak a peek at the urinal or in the locker room. Anyone agree?

Of course I peek, as long as I just do so casually out of the corner of my eye without staring. I'm a twentysomething gay man and I love being in all-male environment, exposing my penis, and having other guys just confidently exposing their penises, be it a public restroom or a locker room.

I recently did some traveling and stopped at a few highway rest stops. Pretty much every one had no dividers between the urinals. Most of them even had the more cup-shaped urinals, not the flat against the wall kind, meaning there is really no privacy without dividers because you can't crouch against the urinal. And the restrooms were always crowded so I'd always be next to another guy. I love catching a glimpse, standing back far enough to give a clear view of what I've got. IMO - as a "grower" I usually feel a little "shorted" in this dept... At a urinal or locker room it is really hard to tell exactly "what" I've got... However, I was at a beach party years ago... all of us had a bit much to drink and I got into a long conversation about this very subject with a straight man. He argued that he never peeked at his buddies or wondered about their cocks in any way, shape, or form. He claimed he tried to look away in the locker room so he wouldn't see another naked man. So I tell him the same story about the football player because this guy is such a redneck jock and I wanted to see his reaction. I've made a point of actively not peeking in change rooms despite having several chances. I blame it on the fact that I've always been the easily identifiable gay guy in a group so I tend to try to avoid anything that might draw attention. Did it cut down on the amount of action I could have gotten? Maybe. But did my theory keep me from getting hassled? Experience says yes, but there's a bias in the data.
