Do you leak precum while you sleep? So you wake up and there is precum. And is there a différence to a wet dream?

Yes. Precum is a tiny amount compared to ejaculate.

I normally only produce precum if I've been edging for a bit - and if I'm horny enough to be edging, I'm too horny to go to sleep.

I suppose if I abstained from cumming for many days it might happen (or even a wet dream, which I haven't had in a very long time) but I've never let myself reach that point!
